Episode #9: Grand Master Howard Singer of the IKCA and 3 Shields Kenpo. Howard and I got to talking and the stories were so much fun we just couldn’t stop at an hour. We laughed and had fun talking about his tournament career, how he started and his drive to continue training and teaching that continues to this day. He’s looking forward to getting back into film and TV roles in the coming years and is a regular at Chuck Sullivan’s Dinner With Chuck facebook series.

Episode #8 Professor Bob White has owned and operated a kenpo karate school in the same location in Costa Mesa, CA for over 45 years. His lineage has won over 1200 trophies in international competition and produces quality students year after year. Together with his wife Barbara he co-founded a charity that has raised over a million dollars for the Royal Family Kid's Camp. Known throughout the martial arts community as a true class act, we are honored to feature Professor White on episode #8!
