Mr. Bill Parsons A career veteran of the United States Air Force. Currently holding Instructor Certification in two different martial arts, he is the head of Triangle Kenpo Institute in Raleigh, NC and a long time IKCA Staff member. He serves as an Advisor to several martial arts organizations in addition to teaching his regular weekly classes.
